自建主题

迁移自：NotionNext自建主题

步骤概要

1. 复制 themes/example 或相近主题为新文件夹（小写英文名）
2. 保留 components/、config.js、index.js、style.js
3. 在 config.js 定义主题配置项
4. 设置 THEME / NEXT_PUBLIC_THEME 为你的文件夹名
5. 向上游贡献：见 THEME_MIGRATION_GUIDE.zh-CN.md（GitHub）（预览图、themeSwitch.manifest 等）
